The First Contact
Call us and you'll speak to Andrea, Ruth, or Keris on reception. Message us on Instagram, Facebook, or email and you'll hear back from Faz, Hannah, or Angie. Either way, they'll talk through your options and get you booked into whatever's right — a full check-up, or a relaxed TCO chat first if you'd rather explore things before committing to an exam.
Arriving at the Practice
The waiting room is lively rather than clinically cold — music, conversation, the usual comings and goings of a busy practice. If you'd rather just sit with a cup of tea and talk first, that's exactly what the TCO team are there for.
The Free TCO Consultation
If you're weighing up a bigger change, or just nervous about the whole idea, you'll meet one of our Treatment Coordinators for a relaxed conversation — more chat than consultation. A 3D scan and photos, you talking and us listening, ballpark options and prices, a walkthrough of payment plans if relevant, and time to think it over. No obligation, ever. Most people say it felt like a conversation, not an appointment.
Then What?
If you're ready, you'll be booked in with me or with Dr Griffin, depending on what you need. Because you've already had time to think it through, the actual exam tends to be calmer and clearer than it would be walking in cold.
